Tournament payment & refund policy

Payment Policy

Tournaments entries are complete when the event fee has ben paid. Unpaid entries are not guaranteed entry to tournament.

Limited Entry Policy

Maximum number of entries per division will be announced in the tournament advertisements. First fully paid entries up to the maximum will be entered all others will be denied

Refund Policy

If withdrawal request is submitted at least 7 days before the start date of the event a full refund will be provided. Fields and Event City Staff must be secured 7 days prior to the event therefor no refunds within 7 days of the event

weather cancellations

if a team starts 1 game a 50% refund will be available. If a team starts 2 games no refund will be available. If the event is cancelled prior to the tournament starting or teams don’t start a game, a 100% refund will be available

Tournament Change

The tournament director reserves the right to adjust times, fields, and the tournament format to finish the tournament.
